Jordan Marsh is a veteran trial attorney
based in Chicago, specializing in civil rights and personal injury law. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Jordan has a deep commitment to advocating for individuals who have been harmed by the misconduct of others, including police officers and public institutions.
Jordan has an extensive trial record, having litigated hundreds of cases and conducted 70+ jury trials in both state and federal courts.
His areas of expertise encompass a broad range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, automobile accidents, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and wrongful death. His successful track record is highlighted by numerous significant settlements and verdicts that have contributed to his reputation as a formidable litigator.
Jordan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and began his legal education at Howard University School of Law. He is also an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He has served on the faculty of the Kirkland Institute for Trial Advocacy and has taught trial advocacy courses.
